If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return’s value. Once received, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original buyer and they may be notified.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping is non‑refundable and may be deducted from your refund.
